Whether you’re planning a reception, rehearsal dinner, reunion, Christmas party or other types of GRAND events; a successful bar venue will make it a memorable occasion for all who attend.

There are many things that need to be taken into consideration when planning a bar for a large event, such as: how many hours the event is expected to last, what type of beverages will be served, and how many guests will be in attendance.

We have several GRAND Bar packages to fit any size event and can also customize to fit your specific occasion. Fully hosted, partially hosted, and Cash bars are available. Bar services include 1-3 bartenders for the evening based on the size of your event. Also included in the bar service are beverage napkins, 9oz clear plastic cups for wine and mixed drinks, standard garnish for signature and mixed drinks, 16oz clear plastic cups for beer (upon request only), set up, clean up and coffee service. Glassware is available for an additional fee. Fees vary on the type requested and the quantity needed.

We are quickly becoming known for our GRAND signature drinks. They can range from something as simple as your personal favorite, with a GRAND twist, to a concoction created specifically to fit your event theme. For those who decide to carry out a theme for your event, a Hurricane is a winning complement to a Mardi Gras motif. A Cotton Candy or Carmel Apple cocktail really sets off a carnival vibe, while Hot Bourbon Apple Cider and Amaretto Egg Nog always give off a nice warm holiday feel during the winter months, despite the plunging temperatures outside.


Catering Menus & Price Guide

The cost of catering will vary depending on a few factors.  The style of function (eg.  a silver-service dinner party , a finger food party, or a BBQ-style luncheon); the dishes selected (eg. seafood and some fresh produce are subject to season price variations); and also the quantity of food that you require for your event.

Hors d’Oeuvres Service

The price for Hors d’Oeuvres  service starts at $18.95 per person.  For this price you may choose 6 different items from the appetizer menu.  You will receive approximately 2 pieces of each item for each person, which is quite substantial.  You may add additional items for $3.00 each per person.

This is our most popular service for wedding receptions. The following menu choices are a sampling of some of our most frequently requested items. However, these are just a starting point. We especially enjoy creating a customized menu especially for your event. We can customize your menu to include your favorite foods as well as internationally themed events, gluten free and vegetarian options. 

Assorted Tea Sandwiches: A variety of finger sandwiches served on assorted fresh bread selections. Offerings may vary, but typically include Chicken salad, Mini baby cheese burgers, Turkey Roll-ups, BBQ sliders, and Cucumber Cream Cheese Canapés.
