THE GRAND BAR

Whether you’re planning a reception, rehearsal dinner, reunion, Christmas party or other types of GRAND events; a successful bar venue will make it a memorable occasion for all who attend.

There are many things that need to be taken into consideration when planning a bar for a large event, such as: how many hours the event is expected to last, what type of beverages will be served, and how many guests will be in attendance.

We have several GRAND Bar packages to fit any size event and can also customize to fit your specific occasion. Fully hosted, partially hosted, and Cash bars are available. Bar services include 1-3 bartenders for the evening based on the size of your event. Also included in the bar service are beverage napkins, standard garnish for signature and mixed drinks, set up, clean up and coffee service. Fees vary on the type requested and the quantity needed.

We are quickly becoming known for our GRAND signature drinks. They can range from something as simple as your personal favorite, with a GRAND twist, to a concoction created specifically to fit your event theme. For those who decide to carry out a theme for your event, a Hurricane is a winning complement to a Mardi Gras motif. A Cotton Candy or Carmel Apple cocktail really sets off a carnival vibe, while Hot Bourbon Apple Cider and Amaretto Egg Nog always give off a nice warm holiday feel during the winter months, despite the plunging temperatures outside.

1Catering Menus & Price Guide

The cost of catering will vary depending on a few factors.  The style of function (eg.  a silver-service dinner party , a finger food party, or a BBQ-style luncheon); the dishes selected (eg. seafood and some fresh produce are subject to season price variations); and also the quantity of food that you require for your event.

Hors d’Oeuvres Service

The price for Hors d’Oeuvres  service starts at $18.95 per person.  For this price you may choose 6 different items from the appetizer menu.  You will receive approximately 2 pieces of each item for each person, which is quite substantial.  You may add additional items for $3.00 each per person.

This is our most popular service for wedding receptions. The following menu choices are a sampling of some of our most frequently requested items. However, these are just a starting point. We especially enjoy creating a customized menu especially for your event. We can customize your menu to include your favorite foods as well as internationally themed events, gluten free and vegetarian options. 

Assorted Tea Sandwiches: A variety of finger sandwiches served on assorted fresh bread selections. Offerings may vary, but typically include Chicken salad, Mini baby cheese burgers, Turkey Roll-ups, BBQ sliders, and Cucumber Cream Cheese Canapés.

Brown Sugar Smokies: Caramelized bacon wrapped Smokies marinated in brown sugar glaze. Served warm.

Spicy Southwest chicken bites: Bite sized tortillas stuffed with roasted chicken black beans, and pepper jack cheese. Served warm with a southwest ranch dipping sauce.

Chicken salad or Pimento cheese pastry bites: California chicken salad or Pimento cheese served in individual pastry cups.

Crudités: colorful assortment of seasonal vegetables served with our signature vegetable dip. Garnished with fresh caprese and/or antipasto skewers. 

Fruit and Cheese display: A beautiful tower of assorted and seasonal fruits and savory cheeses. Served with crackers.

Assorted cookies/brownies/bars: Selections very seasonally and according to individual preferences.

Mini Quiche pastries: Bite sized gourmet quiche pastries. Wide selection of varieties available including vegetarian options.

Spinach Artichoke dip: Rich and creamy spinach and marinated artichoke dip. Served with our warm homemade Tandoori naan baked chips. 

Hummus: Different varieties of our fresh homemade hummus. Roasted red pepper, roasted garlic and roasted pinenut are some of the selections to choose from. Served with Tandoori naan baked chips or pita chips.

Mini Sausage rolls: Spiral rolls of fresh yeast bread stuffed with ground spicy pork sausage served with a Dijon and/or Concord grape dipping sauce.

Baked Jalapeño poppers: Fresh jalapeño and/or sweet peppers stuffed with sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese, garnished with candied applewood smoked bacon. Mild, medium or hot. Served warm.

Kentucky Hot Brown bites: Miniature, bite sized morsels of one of Kentucky’s most famous dishes. Served warm.

Buffalo Chicken bites: Cheesy, spicy buffalo chicken dip served in individual pastry cups. Served warm.

Miniature pizzas: Bite sized assorted varieties of freshly made pizzas. Perfect for late night snacks.

Meatballs: 100% beef meatballs served in a variety of sauces. Cajun barbecue, grape chili sauce, or Hawaiian include some of the choices.

Boneless Chicken wings: Served with a variety of wings sauces. Hot, medium or mild options are available. 

Pasta salad: Our signature homemade pasta salad, served in miniature pasta boats. Refreshing and light and beautifully presented.

* Smoked Salmon Cucumber cups: Fresh English cucumber rounds filled with smoked salmon in a dill cream sauce. Light and refreshing – perfect for summer events.

* Shrimp Cocktail: Jumbo fresh peeled shrimp, served with our homemade cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges.

* Miniature Crab cakes: Crispy baked bite-size to crabcakes. Served warm with our homemade remoulade sauce.

* Beef Tenderloin Bacon bites: 100% Angus tenderloin bites wrapped in crispy applewood bacon. Served with a mild horseradish dipping sauce.

* Shrimp and Grits: Individual servings of fresh jumbo shrimp and garlic cheese grits. A Southern classic.

* Indicates premium items that have a $1.00-$2.00 upcharge depending on the market price at the time of the event.

Buffet Service

Buffet-style dinners and lunches begin at $21.95 per person.  This consists of a selection of:

• 2-3 hors d’oeuvres on arrival
• 3 salad or vegetable side dishes
• 1 main course selection
• Selection of fresh breads
• Iced tea and or Lemonade (1 gallon for every 10 guests)
• Dessert $3.00 per person (or in lieu of hors d’oeuvres)

This price also includes disposable plates, cups, utensils, and napkins.  For your convenience, we do offer Premium and Deluxe buffet services as well…. 

Premium Buffet Service:  $250.00 + $3.00 per person provides tablecloths, cloth napkins, chafing dishes, glass/china plates, beverage glasses, utensils, and one extra attendant.
